Cal RECYCLE has released a final informal draft of the SB 1383
regulatory text ahead of two workshops that will occur next week.
The first workshop will occur on
May 7 in Carlsbad and the second workshop will occur on
May 8 in Sacramento. Both workshops will be broadcast.
PowerPoint presentations and workshop agendas will be posted on
the Cal Recycle. The workshops will provide an opportunity for
stakeholder input and questions.
In addition, CalRecycle will also consider written comments on
this final informal draft of the regulation that are submitted by
5:00 PM May 16. If interested, please submit comments to SLCP.Organics@CalRecycle.ca.gov.
