Cannabis Bureau Advisory Committee to Meet

The Bureau of Cannabis Control (BCC) will hold the fourth meeting of the state Cannabis Advisory Committee on May 17 in Oakland, Alameda County. The Committee will review recommendations from the final three subcommittees on regulations relating to licensing applications, manufacturers, and micro businesses. The Committee will also consider suggested recommendations that would require statutory changes.

The Committee consists of ten sub-committees that are each reviewing discrete parts of the current regulations. Seven of them presented their recommendations to the full committee for approval, modification or rejection at the Committee’s last meeting on March 15.
