The California Health Facilities Financing Authority (CHFFA) is pleased to invite California counties to submit applications for the Community Services Infrastructure Grant Program (CSI Grant Program) funding. The deadline to apply is April 30, 2019 at 5 p.m. 

The application is available on the CSI Grant Program webpage on CHFFA’s website. Applicants are strongly encouraged to carefully read and refer to the emergency regulations for the CSI Grant Program because they provide definitions of terms and more detail regarding the program’s requirements. Reading the statute that authorized CSI Grant Program will also be very helpful in understanding the program.

Application Technical Assistance Webinar

A webinar informational session for applicants will be held on December 13, 2018 from 9 to 10:30 a.m. The session will provide an overview and specifics that will seek to assist applicants in their preparation of an application. Topics will include:

• Eligibility, 
• Grant maximums, and 
• Application process described in the CSI Grant Program statute and regulations.
