Counties Can Improve Secretary of State’s Database
September 20, 2017
The California Secretary of State is seeking survey responses from counties and other local governments about local campaign filing procedures and processes to help inform the ongoing CAL-ACCESS Replacement System Project (CARS). The survey (available here and due by September 28) is designed to elicit local jurisdiction feedback to better understand the local filing environments, needs, and priorities.
The survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete. However, some of the questions may require time to research prior to answering, and in some instances, may require consultation from other departments (e.g. IT or Finance).
Any questions or concerns about the survey can be directed to Melissa Martin-Mollard at firstname.lastname@example.org.
