On Thursday morning, Governor Brown released his January budget
proposal. CSAC is pleased to report that no cuts to health
programs were included in the Governor’s budget proposal and
instead, the Governor remained hopeful that the Administration’s
new MCO tax proposal would move ahead to eliminate the potential
for a $1.1 billion gap in the Medi-Cal budget. CSAC’s full Budget
