OES Offers Criminal Justice Grants

The California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (OES) has grant funds available to improve the quality, timeliness and credibility of forensic science and medical examiner services. The OES recently released the California Coverdell grant program request for application for the 2017-18 fiscal year. 

The CQ Program is supported with Paul Coverdell Forensic Science Improvement Act Grant program funds. A total of $841,479 is available for 2017-18, with a Grant Subaward performance period beginning January 1, 2018 and ending December 31, 2018.

To receive funding through the CQ Program, the application package must be received or postmarked by Monday, January 8, 2018. For a copy of the application and additional information please click here.
