The Chief Probation Officers of California (CPOC) will be hosting
their Second Annual Conference on the Continuum of Care Reform
(CCR), Partnership for CCR Success: A Better Future for Probation
Foster Youth. The conference will be held on
Monday, April 16and Tuesday, April 17 in Sacramento. This
conference is meant to create an exciting space to share ideas,
lessons learned and problem-solve. It is open to:
probation departments
child welfare departments
behavioral health departments
community-based organizations
short-term residential treatment programs
group home providers
foster family agencies
state agencies
court-related agencies including
judges
district attorneys
public defenders
