CSAC has updated our SB 1 implementation website to include
additional resources. The most recent additions include
draft county-by-county calculations for SB 1’s maintenance of
effort requirement (MOE), updated CSAC comments on planning and
climate adaptation grant guidelines, and links to workshop
schedules and draft guidelines for all SB 1-funded programs.
The
website also includes copies of CSAC’s periodic
implementation update emails.
August 10 is the last day to register for tomorrow’s joint SB 1
implementation webinar with the League of California Cities. Join
the webinar to get a head start on the new reporting
requirements, which will be formally adopted by the California
Transportation Commission at
next week’s meeting in Oakland. CSAC and League of Cities
policy experts will present on the reporting requirements and
other eligibility considerations, including SB 1’s maintenance of
effort requirement for cities and counties.
