This Friday the Department of Health Care Services will be
hosting a webinar for new entities interested in participating in
the second round of the Whole Person Care Pilots. Registration
information for the webinar, which will cover the application,
budget, and program requirements, is available
here.
DHCS has already posted the
application for new pilots as well as
instructions for first-round pilots seeking to expand and
revised budget instructions on the Whole Person Care
website. The second-round Whole Person Care Applications are
due March 1, 2017.
