Upcoming Transportation Policy Conferences

Mark your calendars! County elected officials and staff who are interested in the intersection between land use, transportation, and emerging vehicle technologies may wish to attend two upcoming conferences in California. 

California Transportation Planning Conference

The California Department of Transportation, in partnership with the Institute of Transportation Studies at the University of California, Berkeley, will hold the 2019 California Transportation Planning Conference later this month. The three-day session will focus on discussions about maximizing investments, smart mobility solutions, equity, health and environmental issues, and the future of transportation in California. The conference will be held at the Westin San Diego from February 25-27th.

3 Revolutions Policy Conference

The UC Davis Institute of Transportation Studies will be hosting its annual 3 Revolutions Policy Conference next month. The agenda is focused on addressing policy solutions for vehicle automation, shared mobility, and electrification. The conference will be held at the UC Davis Conference Center on March 18-19th.
