Description:

Are you currently working in public service as an experienced Accountant in capital assets? Placer County’s Auditor - Controller’s Office is seeking to fill a vacancy for a Capital Asset/Long-Term Debt Accountant – II in their Financial Reporting Division. This position has ownership of the accounting and reporting for all capital assets and long-term debt including sub ledger systems. This position also assists with financial analysis, quarterly reviews and year end audits related to capital assets and long-term debt.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in accounting or a related field; and two years of responsible accounting experience performing duties similar to an Accountant I with Placer County.
