$90,351 – $110,0154/Annually

Description:

Under administrative direction of the General Services Director, plans, organizes, and directs the administrative, fiscal and support operations; performs complex financial, budgetary, claims management, business management, audit, billing, and fiscal management functions supporting General Services’ programs, including purchasing of supplies, materials and services, the provision of information technology support, fleet maintenance and management, and building and grounds maintenance; assists in policy and procedure development and implementation; and provides highly complex staff assistance to the General Services Director. Occasional overtime, evening and weekend work is required for this position.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Public or Business Administration, Accounting or a closely related field, and four years of progressively responsible experience in performing professional level administrative, budgetary, operational, organizational, or policy analysis that would demonstrate the application of the above knowledge and abilities. A Master’s Degree in Public or Business Administration, or related field is desired.
