$95,763.20 – $116,376.00

Description:

The Department of Public Works & Facilities-This position functions as a key part of the team and will manage and administer the fiscal, budgetary, and other administrative operations of the department. The department is very diverse and manages six General Fund budgets, four Other Operating budgets, five Enterprise budgets, and four Internal Service budgets.

The Department of Health and Human -This position will direct, manage, supervise, and monitor fiscal activities within the department; oversee and approve the preparation of revenue and expenditure journal entries and adjustments as necessary; approve purchase requisitions; and participate on State Agency committees and taskforces.
 

Qualifications:

Experience: Five years of increasingly responsible administrative work experience in budgeting, accounting, fiscal control and analysis, or comparable fields, including three years of supervisory experience.

Training: Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public or business administration, government, accounting, finance, or a related field.

License or Certificate: May need to possess a valid driver’s license as required by the position. Proof of adequate vehicle insurance and medical clearance may also be required.
