Description:

The Transportation Department has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Services Analyst I/II (ASA I/II) in Riverside. The ASA I/II will be responsible for communicating Transportation Improvement project-related information to the public, emergency services, other agencies, and organizations. The incumbent will be the main contact for both County staff and the public and will address all questions regarding the impact of the transportation projects. The ASA I/II will represent the Department and speak at community meetings and events as it relates to specific transportation projects, and post updates to Facebook, Twitter, and the Department website. Additionally, the selected candidate will conduct research as it relates to business practices and public requests and develop reports and recommendations for management, assist with grant writing, and review Form 11 documents for submission to the Board of Supervisors. The most successful candidates will have direct experience in community outreach and a working knowledge of transportation project processes. Bilingual candidates are highly desired. The incumbent may occasionally be required to work nights and/or weekends.
