II – 1 yr as an ASA I in Glenn Co. or 3 yrs prof. analytical jrny level exp in general and admin. support, fiscal and contract mgmt., program analysis and compliance, or staff dev. and training. III – 1 yr exp as an ASA II in Glenn Co. or 4 yrs prof. analytical jrny level exp in same areas as an ASA II. II/III – Pos. of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or univ.
