Salary:

$20.90 – $26.02/Hourly

Description:

Under general supervision, learns the methods and procedures for securing and analyzing data needed to appraise real property for ad valorem tax purposes; conducts standard field investigations, studies and appraisals of residential, commercial, agricultural, industrial and special use properties; and perform related work as necessary.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Equivalent to the completion of core course work from an accredited college or university with at least three years of relevant experience in any of the following areas: accounting, appraising, engineering assistance, building cost estimating, construction material procurement, or managing or selling real estate; or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
