Description:

The Calaveras County Office of the Assessor is seeking three (3) Appraisers to join their team. Our Assessor would like to fill these vacancies with an entry-level Appraiser I, a journey-level Appraiser II and an advanced-level Appraiser III. Appraisers with experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

Equivalent to completion of a four year degree from an accredited college or university in business, real estate or a related field.

APPRAISER I: No experience required.

APPRAISER II: Certified Property Tax Appraiser by State Board of Equalization, 2 years’ experience + other.

APPRAISER III: Advanced Certified Property Tax Appraiser by State Board of Equalization, 5 years exp. + other.
