$26.84-32.41 hourly, plus benefits

Description:

The Assistant Auditor assists the County Auditor in the overall management and coordination of the activities and operations of the Auditor’s Office including preparing of the County budget, audit and cost allocation plan; analyzes and makes recommendations for the solution of complex problems of financial management, budgeting, or County procedures; represents the County Auditor as needed. 

Qualifications:

Education: Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in accounting, business administration, public administration or a closely related field. Experience: Four years of increasingly responsible professional accounting experince including one year in a supervisory capacity. License: Possession of a California driver’s license.
