Description:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time career Assistant City Clerk. This position reports directly to the City Clerk and assists in the planning, organization, and administration of the City Clerk Department. This position will supervise a variety of functions within the Department with a focus on municipal elections, campaign filings, conflict of interest requirements, and regulations for City advisory commissions. The incumbent will also provide assistance in the compilation of the City Council agenda packet utilizing an automated agenda workflow system. The Assistant City Clerk position is the direct supervisor for two full-time equivalent staff positions in the Department.
