Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess impressive breadth in Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology, supplemented by particular depth and expertise in local government finance. Exceptional interpersonal skills, an empowering style and knowledge of contemporary systems and business practices will also be expected. A Bachelor’s degree is required. At least six (6) years of management experience, with a minimum of three (3) years of local government service, and a Master’s degree are highly desirable.
