Seeking an Assistant County Counsel to assist in planning, organizing, directing and supervising the activities of the County Counsel’s Office; provide expert professional legal advice and assistance to the Board of Supervisors and County management staff; and represent the County in, and supervise litigation matters.
 

Qualifications:

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree plus graduation from an ABA-, AALS-, or California State Bar-accredited law school. In addition, five years of experience as an attorney practicing civil or administrative law in the State of California, preferably in a local government setting.
