The County of Riverside, California is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Facilities Management to direct the activities of the Project Management Office and Real Estate division of the Economic Development Agency. Position requires advanced knowledge of construction management to oversee the county’s complex projects and real estate transactions.
- Requirements include six years of engineering or architectural experience, which must include construction management. Experience must also include responsibility for budget planning and control, fiscal management and personnel administration. Possession of a valid certificate of registration as a Civil or Mechanical Engineer issued by the California Board of Registration for Professional Engineers, or a valid certificate of registration as an Architect issued by the California Board of Architectural Examiners is required.
