$71,240-$106,860 Annually plus Flex Benefit Allowance

Description:

Opportunity to serve as Assistant Director in Tulare County Human Resources & Development Department in Visalia.  Assist in overseeing operations and staff compliment of 26 employees. Department provides recruitment/talent acquisition services, employee benefits/wellness, employee training and development, employee/employer relations, employee data services, and centralized hr records. This is an At-Will position reporting to the Director.

Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in human resources/personnel, public administration or business administration or related field, and six years hr/personnel administration experience with three years at supervisory level.
