Description:

The Resource Management Agency (RMA) of Tulare County (Visalia, CA) is seeking an executive to join our team of professionals. This is an At-Will position appointed by the RMA Director. The professional selected will assist with the planning, organizing, directing and coordinating of programs and fiscal operations of the administration branch of RMA. The branch is responsible to provide support for the management, budget direction and oversight of RMA programs and services through clerical, fiscal management and personnel services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Public Administration, Accounting, Finance, Business or a closely related field and a minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience in complex fiscal administration which include two years in a supervisory capacity, preferably with a governmental (County) department or agency.
