$3872-$5289 per month

Description:

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and highly skilled equipment operator with the ability to effectively organize and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities and motivate, train and develop subordinate team members.

The ideal candidate will also be able to foster an environment of team work and develop productive work relationships with superiors, peers and subordinates, as well as the public.

Qualifications:

Two (2) years experience as a lead worker performing skilled and difficult work in the maintenance and/or construction of roads and related structures.
