Description:

The Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District has an opportunity for five Associate Civil Engineers. The Associate Civil Engineers will perform varied and difficult flood control engineering work in one or more of the District’s engineering divisions. The incumbents’ responsibilities will include the planning, design, and construction of projects involving the flood control, and storm water recharge or storm water treatment facilities. Specifically, the District is seeking candidates who have experience performing engineering studies and analyses related to public works projects and facilities.

Qualifications:

Three years as a professional engineer, experience leading a team while working on a public works project, and possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Bioresource & Agricultural Engineering is highly desired.
