I: 4213-$5125/month; II: 4643-$5647/month

Description:

The Behavioral Health Therapist I/II under the direction of a supervisor performs a range of therapeutic assignments related to behavioral services, including intake and assessment, the design and implementation of personalized treatment plans and therapy for adults, children, and senior citizens. Responsibilities include psychotherapy and counseling for individual consumers, families, and groups.

Qualifications:

BHT I: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in social work, psychology or a related field. Dual diagnosis training, experience and knowledge preferred. Must be licensed-eligible practitioner registered with the California State Board of Behavioral Science Examiners.
BHT II: Master’s degree in related field and two years of practical experience. Dual diagnosis training, experience and knowledge preferred. Possession of licensure as an LCSW, LMFC or LPCC issued by the California State Board of Behavioral Science Examiners, or licensure as a Clinical Psychologist issued by the California State Board of Medical Examiners.
