Salary:

$2235.42 – $3467.86 biweekly

Description:

Plans, organizes, directs, supervises and participates in the maintenance, repair, alteration and janitorial activities and operations associated with the care of the County’s buildings, grounds, parks and recreational facilities to assure hazard free facilities, proper sanitation and appearance. Plans, develops, implements and oversees preventative maintenance plans for long and short term work objectives. Assigns workers as needed based on their area of skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of skilled experience in building construction, repair and maintenance; including two years of experience in a managerial and supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. This work consists of complex and technical duties at a department head/management level. A general understanding of Human Resources processes and procedures as applied to the overall functions of a governmental department.
