$67,205 – $81,689 Annually 

Description:

The Economic Development Board seeks an enthusiastic and experienced Business Services Program Manager. The Business Services Program Manager will assist in developing a Marketing Plan to inform employers of the Job Link Center and its workforce development services; market Job Link services to employers in Sonoma County; identify employer workforce development needs to be served by the Job Link Center; and coordinate with the Center Staff to develop and implement employer driven services.

This time-limited allocation is funded through June 30, 2015, and is expected to be extended beyond that timeframe.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience working with local businesses and community stakeholder groups, public sector economic development experience, knowledge of employment and training issues in Sonoma County and a commitment to helping employers and employees of Sonoma County. The qualifications include college coursework in business or public administration along with 3 years of experience supervising or coordinating a program.
