Under general direction, Chief of Customer Services directs, manages, supervises, and coordinates the activities and operations of the County’s Connect System (3-1-1) and acts as a conduit between the County’s unincorporated communities and the County’s municipal services; coordinates assigned activities with municipal service departments for delivery of services to the unincorporated areas of the County; and interacts with community and neighborhood citizens, associations, and groups.

A Bachelor’s degree, or higher, from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Business Administration, Planning, or another field closely related to the intent of the class.
Three (3) years of full time, paid experience in the delivery of municipal services at the management, supervisory, or program oversight/administration level.
