Salary: $120,513 – $147,844 DOE
The 32nd District Agricultural Association is under the jurisdiction of the California Department of Food & Agriculture. The CEO of the OC Fair & Event Center must be a highly skilled individual with extensive management and administrative skills and a strong understanding of the practices and principles of Fair and/or other business event and facilities management; including public relations, personnel and financial administration, contract negotiation and administration, property management and event facility management practices.
The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in an executive management position with an organization having a minimum of 100 employees. Experience working with a board of directors and a college degree are required.
