Salary:

$9,500.40 – $10,474.80 Monthly

Description:

Under general direction, plans, organizes, coordinates and manages the real estate functions of the County through subordinate staff engaged in a variety of activities related to the governmental real estate field.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Either: 1. Two years of full-time experience in the class of Real Estate Program Manager (or the former title of Real Estate Supervisor) in Sacramento County service.

Or: 2. A Bachelor’s degree or higher degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in real estate, business or public administration, economics, urban planning, law or other fields directly related to the governmental and/or commercial real estate duties of this class.
And

Two years of full-time experience in governmental, public utility, or commercial real estate, performing duties at a level comparable to a Real Estate Program Manager, which have included: managing a major program such as real estate acquisition, appraisal, leasing, property management or asset management.

Note: The law degree is not a Criminal Justice, Police Science, or related degree.
