Description:

San Joaquin County is seeking a Child Support Attorney I to perform professional legal work in preparation and prosecution of civil or criminal child support cases. This position will investigate, research, and prepare child support cases for civil litigation and enforcement or criminal prosecution and prepare and handle appeals of child support criminal and civil cases.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications include active membership in the State Bar of California and possession of a valid California driver’s license.
