$65,187.20-$97,801.60 Annually

Description:

The Child Welfare Manager III will provide oversight of several programs within child welfare or adult services. The Child Welfare Manager will supervise the work of persons in entry-level management and first-level supervisory positions. This position will have administrative responsibilities for assisting the Assistant Director in preparing, coordinating, and monitoring that portion of the Department’s budget. The Child Welfare Manager is responsible for ensuring adherence to the laws, rules, and regulations governing Child Welfare Services.

Qualifications:

One (1) experience performing duties comparable to a Manager II in a Child Welfare or Adult Services Program; OR Three (3) years experience performing duties comparable to a Manager II in a large public agency; OR three (3) years performing supervisor duties in a Child Welfare Manager or Adult Services Program AND Masters Degree in Social Work or a Masters Degree from a two year counseling program or equivalent.
