Salary:

$3586 – $4358/monthly, including an excellent benefits and retirement package (CalPERS Retirement Benefit formula of 2.7% @ 55 for individuals identified as “classic members” pursuant to the provisions of California’s 2013 Pension Reform Act).

The Clerk/Recorder Division Manager is under the general direction of the Chief Assistant County Clerk-Recorder, and manages the daily operations and activities of the Clerk-Recorder Division of the County Clerk-Recorder’s Office.

Qualifications:

Four (4) years of experience performing Clerk or Recorder support duties in a CA County, which included at least one (1) year of lead supervisory experience; or Four (4) years experience directly working with the following: Legal Processes, Procedures and Terminology; Code Interpretation and Enforcement; Contract Development and/or Monitoring; Fiscal Control and/or Monitoring, which included at least two (2) years of experience in a lead supervisory, Administrative or Management capacity (Administrative and/or Management experience is highly desirable); and 12th grade or equivalent.
