We are seeking an individual with high energy that is detailed-oriented, adaptable, analytical and flexible.

The Contract Administrator will be responsible for maintaining information databases, processing contracts and invoices, performing statistical tabulations, and assisting in the analysis and preparation of reports and documents in support of transportation activities.  In addition this position will provide purchasing, contract and administrative support and other related duties.


Our ideal candidate will have equivalency to a high school diploma and completion of 30 units of college-level coursework related to business or public administration,  or a related discipline (an associate’s degree is desirable) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing public sector contract and purchasing assistance.  A bachelor’s degree in a field stated above can substitute for 3 years of experience.
