Description:

Los Angeles Superior Court is seeking dynamic, well-qualified, and highly-motivated individuals to fill positions at the level of Administrator II.

Administrator II positions directly serve the Court by planning, managing, and directing all non-judicial administrative and operational functions of a trial court, central litigation-type court operation, other litigation support operation, Court-wide program, or other administrative section of similar complexity and impact.

Qualifications:

To qualify, you must meet one of the following options at the time of filing:

Option I: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university -AND- Four (4) years of experience at the level of a Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles Court Operations Manager*.

Option II: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university -AND- Four (4) years of experience managing administrative support functions and/or operations in a Court or public entity.

*Experience at the level of a Los Angeles Superior Court Court Operations Manager is defined as performing work in a comparable class with the same level of responsibility, and requiring the same knowledge, skills, and abilities. Duties at this level include managing and supervising staff and monitoring operations to ensure they meet organizational standards and comply with local, state and federal laws and regulations. Individuals are expected to have demonstrated leadership in instituting and administering policies, methods, and processes for delivery of high quality, efficient, and cost-effective services to the public.
