Santa Clara County seeks candidates for Departmental Fiscal Officer (DFO). A DFO under general direction has charge of and coordinates the fiscal activities of a medium to large County department. Such departments have complex and diverse accounting programs and procedures, responsibilities including budget preparation and management, and related business management functions.
The current vacancies are in Office of the District Attorney, Office of the County Counsel and Department of Agriculture & Environmental Management. The eligible list can be used to fill other vacancies as they occur.
