$5,920.58 – $7,196.51 per month

Description:

The County of Trinity is seeking an executive who has financial and administrative knowledge including, but not limited to, budget development, establishing, maintaining and monitoring a variety of policies and organizational and legislative issues related to the County, as well as providing liaison with and support to departments as a representative of the County Administrative Officer. Work involves formulating, coordinating and directing all aspects of County financial planning and administration, including development of comprehensive short and long-range budgets. Performs complex operations analysis. Works to assist in the administration of the County in resolving administrative and management issues. Coordinates and supervises County department operations, including functioning as a department head, as assigned by the County Administrative Officer. Reviews expenditures and interdepartmental budgets during the fiscal year.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess no less than four years of increasingly responsible administrative and/or finance experience, including three years of supervisory and/or managerial responsibility; a high school diploma or GED equivalent, supplemented by office management and leadership training; a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a closely related field is highly desirable; administrative and leadership education/training and/or course work through an official Association/Organization related to or equivalent to the administrative duties assigned; possession of, or ability to obtain, a California Driver’s License.
