Description:

The Calaveras County Counsel’s Office is seeking a Deputy County Counsel I/II/III/IV to join their amazing team. The incumbent will be focused primarily on advising and representing the County in one or more of the following substantive areas: employment/personnel matters, general civil litigation and claims handling, Public Records Act compliance, HIPAA and privacy related matters, animal services, competitive bidding and/or public contracting.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate and (I) experience in a legal office, (II) two years of professional legal experience, (III) four years of professional legal experience, (IV) six years of professional legal experience. Possess and maintain an active membership in the State Bar of California. Valid CA driver’s license.
