$88,941 – $108,118

Description:

In addition to base salary, the County of San Joaquin provides a competitive senior management benefit package for this position, including additional cashable compensation which provides for a total compensation package of $117,478 to $130,628. San Joaquin County is seeking candidates who are visionary, collaborative, and results-oriented with management experience in the area of behavioral health services, preferably in the public sector. This is an excellent opportunity for two individuals to join the senior management team of Behavioral Health Services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity and strong sense of ethics, is an exceptional communicator, is able to develop relationships with key stakeholders and will inspire, motivate and empower staff to achieve the goals and mission of the department.
