Annual Base Salary: $89,941-$109,179


San Joaquin County is seeking a candidate who is a visionary, collaborative, and results-oriented with management experience in the area of behavioral health services, preferable in the public sector.

Required Qualifications:

Education:  Master’s or doctorate degree from an accredited university as required by the State of California to be licensed as a LCSW, MFT, LPCC, Psychologist, or Physician and valid CA licensure.


Education:  Graduation from an accredited university with a Master’s degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing.

License:  RN issued by the CA BRN and current listing with the BRN as a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse.

Desirable Qualifications:  Five years of management experience in a public sector health care agency or program including at least two years in managing behavioral health clinical program services and activities.
