Description:

Alameda County General Services Agency is seeking a strong, innovative, and strategic leader to plan, organize, coordinate and direct the operations of the Capital Programs Division. This position is responsible for design, engineering, architectural and construction services for all County building and building systems.

The ideal candidate will provide cost effective and timely management of capital program services. The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative and teamwork environment with the ability to lead change. The incumbent must be comfortable working in a highly political environment and is expected to have strong political acumen and sensitivity.
