Salary:

$116,937 – $142,188 Annually, Plus Benefits

Description:

The Placer County Adult System of Care Director initiates, organizes, directs, and coordinates the design and development of multiple, comprehensive integrated services, including; Mental Health Services, Substance Use Services, Adult Protective Services, Assisted Outpatient Treatment, In-Home Supportive Services, Public Administrator/Guardian, Senior Peer Counseling, Housing Services for Seriously Mentally Ill Adults (SMI), Drop-in Center for SMI Adults, and IHSS Public Authority.

Qualifications:

Education – Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in the behavioral sciences, public administration, sociology, psychology, and social work.

Experience – Seven years of increasingly responsible experience in health and/or a human service agency, including at least four years of administrative and management responsibility. Experience in a multidisciplinary setting that provides behavioral health services is preferred.
