Salary:

Annual Salary: $113,885 + DOQ, including an excellent benefits and retirement package (CalPERS Retirement Benefit formula of 2.7% @ 55 for individuals identified as “classic members” pursuant to the provisions of California’s 2013 Pension Reform Act).

Description:

Madera County, a growing and dynamic organization that provides services to a diverse community, is accepting applications from those interested in serving as the Director of Behavioral Health Services.  The incumbent will plan, direct, manage, and oversee the functions, operations, and programs of the Department of Behavioral Health Services. The Department provides collaborative interagency programs for those adults, children and youth of Madera County requiring alcohol, drug, and mental health prevention, treatment and recovery services.  Madera County offers a low cost of living, ample recreational opportunities, including hiking, skiing, boating, fishing, picnicking, wilderness adventures, recreation streams and lakes, three national parks, and the Pacific Ocean.
