Salary:

$163,560 – $209,885, Annually DOE

Description:

The Director of System Integration provides overall administrative leadership to the enterprise-wide activities associated with Public Hospital Redesign and Incentives in Medi-Cal (PRIME), Whole Person Care (WPC) and Global Payment Program (GPP). The Director of System Integration also provides leadership related to the SCVHHS strategic goal of “Total Value”, helping identify opportunities for alignment of work to reduce redundancies and focus activities within areas of excellence. This position reports to the Deputy County Executive with responsibility for the Santa Clara Valley Health and Hospital System, but also works closely and collaboratively with each of the department heads responsible for operations.

Qualifications:

A qualified candidate would typically possess Bachelor’s degree in from an accredited university and seven (7) years progressive management in performance improvement/health care informatics. A Master’s in Public Health Administration is desirable.
