Salary:

$7,293 – $8,865

Description:

Under the direction of the Board of Supervisors, plan, organize, coordinate and administer assigned Workforce Development Office programs and services; assure compliance with applicable laws, codes, rules, regulations, policies and procedures; train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Any combination equivalent to: bachelor’s degree in social science, public administration or a related field and five years of increasingly responsible experience in an employment training agency including three years in a supervisory capacity.


LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Valid California driver’s license and proof of current California auto liability insurance at time of appointment, and throughout employment in this classification.
Personal transportation for job-related travel.
