The County of Orange, Social Services Agency (SSA) is seeking to fill one at-will Division Director position to plan, develop, and implement all functions and business activities to support one of the agency’s three program operating divisions: Family Self-Sufficiency and Adult Services (FSS/AS), Assistance Programs (AP), and Children and Family Services (CFS).

Qualifications:

The minimum qualifications for this position requires candidates to have the following:

•Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with major coursework in Social Work, Social Science, Public Administration, Business Administration, Education, or a closely related field
•Demonstrates four (4) years of public/private organization experience in a management or an administrative capacity
•Demonstrates experience in a management and supervisory capacity; assigning, reviewing and evaluating the work of subordinates in a defined workgroup
