Salary:

$102,440.00 – $124,529.60 Annually

Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for directing the (1) Building Division Supervisor and (8) Code Enforcement Officers whose responsibilities include verifying compliance with and enforcement of State and local codes and ordinances pertaining to nuisance abatement, housing, zoning, vehicle violations, as well as permitted and non-permitted cannabis cultivation.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil or structural engineering or a closely related field. (Job-related experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.)
