Description:

The Human Resources Department is seeking an experienced professional to fill one full-time EEO Investigator vacancy which will be filled at either the II or III level. Note: If you are interested in applying at the II level, you will need to apply to the separate, concurrent recruitment being conducted for that classification.

The EEO Investigator will be primarily responsible for investigating formal and informal harassment and discrimination complaints. In addition to investigations, typical duties include supporting efforts to ensure the public’s access to the County’s facilities and services under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); and providing consultation, training, and direction to County managers, supervisors, and employees in the areas of EEO/ADA compliance.

Qualifications:

Requires substantial related coursework and two years of related professional experience.
